  I have lived here for over 8 years I have seen it go downhill in the last few years especially the last year. It is now full of drugs it is no longer a 55-plus community people under 30 are living in here we have no on site manager the homeless coming in here people coming in here to buy drugs from residents people not taking care of their lots they're full of trash lots of unregistered vehicles sitting around people coming in and living with residents who have not been cleared through management. It has gone to hell here. I even have a neighbor that is using his lot for business. And he doesn't live there, building lawn furniture using a big blow torch to give it a burn effect when I just had a big fire in that lot in January that took the mobile home down. Blow out my windows, had to replace the back door they tore it up trying to wake me up because I'm deaf without my hearing aid. burn my trees, burn my lawn furniture all because of an irresponsible resident that was using candles even though I brought it to Management's attention about their faulty electricity it almost cost me my house. a few days later when I telephone the general manager about the damage to my mobile home he blocked me to where I could not call him or the office phone.I have tried to get the corporation on the phone nobody answers. I sent certified letters with return receipts but supposedly they don't know who got the letters that I sent and it was a big vanilla envelope and someone signed for it. It was addressed to the CEO of the company. If they cared about the residents they wouldn't have let it get this far and this dangerous in here. I am so disgusted. I've been told by the general manager,if I didn't like it here I could move. I also told the general manager about the unregistered vehicles. I was told by him "when I work for DMV to let him know". He was being sarcastic.😡when it's a law if you're going to drive your car it needs insurance and registration. I even had to show proof of insurance and registration and they put a sticker in my window. He has since left a few months ago to another general manager job out of state. We have residents in here that have dogs that have not been approved by management. The dogs are not registered,they have not had shots, nor are their dogs fixed which is also a law. I really hope this review catches somebody's attention because these are facts and they don't seem to care. It's really out of control here

  Just moved in & absolutely LOVE IT! It's quiet, lots of shade trees & everyone is so nice & helpful! Hard to get into but Highly Recommend if you can find an empty spot or a trailer for sale!
