So not at all happy with them! I went back in March to get a pair of hearing aids. Was informed by Scott, who is no longer there that my insurance would not pay.. But, come to find out they will pay 58%. But of course I was screwed out of my reimbursement from them!!!!! First they said:
they declined to complete the sale reversal as they confirmed you agreed to proceed privately with a 45-day trial period. They explained they are unable to reverse any sales past this timeframe; their system does not allow them to process any refunds past the 45 days. We spoke with Sam at AudioNova, and she explained that they are unable to assist us with reversing the sale to process as an in-network purchase.
IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW NOW I WOULD HAVE GONE TO COSTCO AND GOTTENT BASICLY THE SAME HEARING AIDS FOR HALF OF WHAT I PAID FROM THEM.
My suggestion is if you have insurance make sure you tell them as they don't know what they are talking about.

Jill Gentile is a thoughtful care provider. She did an excellent Job. I am happy with the service, the product and the price.

This was my first visit and, I was very impressed especially with Jill. She conducted the exam with professionalism and clearly explained the results. Since this was more a fact finding visit, no commitment for purchase was accomplished however, Jill did explain what was available that could possibly correct my hearing concerns. I will review the material that was given to me and will make a decision as to what I want to do.

I had to cancel two scheduled appointments last fall for my mother when she became hospitalized
Audionova was the only hearing evaluation company I actually scheduled an appointment with from all the others I called because no others actually answered the phone and because receptionist/scheduler Brittany was so informative, so professional, was so capable to think presently in accommodating my Mother's personal challenges
After prolonged illnesses requiring several hospitalizations, rehabs and insurance changes, Mom was finally able to attend an appointment on 7.3.25
Jill, hearing specialist was Superwoman in her gentile, patient and kind intuitive accommodations for my Mom, now wheelchair dependant including her sensitivity to place glove boxes under her feet to stabilize her positioning in my absentmindedness to have left behind her footrests until I returned with them
She intently listened as I explained Mom's personal challenges in determining which fit would be ultimate in hearing devices
Brittany was also a Superwoman in her professional accomodations of Mom in scheduling and vetting insurance coverage to ensure there were absolutely no glitches hidden
These Two are infact the "Dynamic Duo" and we anticipate a better life forward once Mom is fitted with her custom ordered hearing devices in a couple of weeks!!!
