  I had a fabulous experience at this establishment. I had gone for information to two other hearing aid facilities prior to my visit at Audionova, but I wasn't confident that their recommendations were best suited for me. Krystal assisted me in defining was was in my best interest and would fit my budget. She was patient, kind and well informed. She even gave me a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week before making my decision! I would highly recommend Audionova if you're in the market for hearing aids. The staff is beyond expectation!   I am very pleased with the ladies at the office. I needed new hearing aids for long time. I went to the office and was very please with them. I have my new hearing aids. Like them. It does take some time to adjust with new hearing aids. Very pleasant ladies !! Thank u so much!!!!

  There is nothing worse than walking along and having a hearing aid just stop working. Kim and I came down early to set up for the winter and that's exactly what happened one day recently. After locating Connect Hearing via Google I just drove over and stopped in unannounced. I suspected that the receiver had gone bad, which was confirmed by the Specialist on hand. After checking the serial numbers she found that the receiver was out of warranty, which I was aware of. Instead of charging me for an appointment and the cost of the receiver, she just handed me my hearing aid and wished me a great day, which it was. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
