  I was at Hudson yard with family and decided to get my brand new watch adjusted to fit, paid 43 dollars for the service but did not receive the quality of care I expected. The screw on my chain link has been worn, all I can say is this store does not treat your timepiece with care, will not trust them again.

  Rolando Ayroso from the WOS Hudson Yards team made my first Rolex purchasing experience special and provided outstanding service throughout the process. My fiance and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the way he thoroughly addressed every single question we had. He broke down the entire Rolex offerings and what options made the best for me and what I was looking to get out of the timepiece - as well as other brand recommendations that might be a fit. He immediately followed-up with next steps as well, making the entire process virtually seamless. Looking forward to doing it all over again when it's time to choose the wedding timepiece!
