  An extraordinary experience from start to finish with Richard at Watches of Switzerland. From our very first interaction, Richard was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive , instantly setting a tone of trust and genuine care. His depth of knowledge and passion for fine timepieces made the entire process seamless and memorable. Richard took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, guiding me with expertise and enthusiasm. What began as a search for one perfect watch became an unforgettable experience that led to not just one, but two stunning additions to my fiancée and I's collection (a Rolex and a Cartier) both chosen with his thoughtful insight and precision. It’s rare to meet someone who blends craftsmanship, authenticity, and hospitality so effortlessly. Richard exemplifies everything the Watches of Switzerland experience stands for. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

  When I first walked into Watches of Switzerland, I didn’t know much about watches and just wanted to learn what might fit me best. That’s when I met Shantel Washington, who completely changed the experience for me. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me understand everything—from brands and styles to what makes each timepiece unique. Every visit, Shantel took the time to get to know me better and really listened to what I liked. She made exploring watches feel exciting instead of overwhelming. With her help, I found my first timepiece—and I couldn’t be happier. Not long after, she also helped me find my second one. Starting my watch journey with Shantel has been the best decision I could’ve made. She made something that could’ve felt intimidating feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re thinking about getting into watches, I can’t recommend WoS enough!

  If you want your dream watch, be sure to ask for Richard! For the second time in 2025, Richard was able to locate and source highly desirable watch for me. My fiancé and I are extremely grateful that Richard was able to help us both find our dream watches before our wedding day. From start to finish, our experience has been wonderful - he's made collectors out of both of us and we cannot recommend Richard and his team enough!

  Watches are the same wherever you buy them. A pleasant experience is part of what you’re paying for, and getting questions answered on a $15K–$20K investment should be standard but the experience here was very dismissive and unprofessional. I visited Watches of Switzerland around 2:30 PM today. I was initially greeted by one associate (a young gentleman named "Louis", I believe) who was polite, but after that, the experience went downhill quickly. When I went to the Rolex section, I stood directly in front of a female associate who was helping another customer. When she finished, she looked in my direction and then simply walked away without even an “I’ll be with you in a moment.” A few minutes later, another employee (dressed in all black suit and seemed to be a manager who then called another employee, "Chris", I believe his name was to help these customers) Despite standing directly in front of her, she also left without acknowledging me at all. No “I’ll be right with you,” no eye contact, nothing. I waited patiently, not wanting to make a scene, but after being overlooked twice, I decided to leave. I thanked Louis on the way out and mentioned that I had been ignored (the same manager in the all-black suit who had just walked past me without acknowledging me was standing next to him at the time). She then told me she “would not be able to assist me,” but could only provide information on the watch I was interested in, despite having actively helped another customer just minutes earlier. (Also, for her clarity, the model is pronounced Datejust, not Day Just.) I later learned there was an online queue that Louis can enter customers into, but that still does not justify completely ignoring someone who is patiently standing directly in front of you. Bottom line: I’d recommend purchasing elsewhere. No customer should need to wave their arms or chase someone down to be helped, especially when we're talking about spending $15K–$20K+ on a watch.

  My wife and I stopped by the authorized dealer today to have two links added to my Rolex Milgaus and to explore a few other watches. From the moment we arrived, Sadaf was exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through everything we were interested in, making the experience both enjoyable and effortless. After trying on a few pieces, I decided to purchase a Datejust 41 on a fluted bezel, and I couldn’t be happier. This watch feels like the start of a lifelong collection, and my wife and I are thrilled with our rainy Sunday purchase—something we know will be cherished in our family for generations. We are so grateful to Sadaf for her guidance and can’t wait to continue our journey at the store with her expertise.
