  This review is specifically for Jenn, who has been absolutely incredible every time I’m looking for a new watch. I’ve been shopping with the Watches of Switzerland group at The Wynn for a few years now. I started over at Omega and recently had the pleasure of meeting Jenn at the Watches of Switzerland boutique. Jenn’s genuine love and passion for watches create a truly special buying experience. She is never pushy, unlike some other watch dealers I’ve encountered, and she makes trying on multiple watches and finding the perfect one both fun and stress-free. I never feel rushed or like a burden when working with her. Everyone at this boutique is friendly and professional, but Jenn really goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. I can’t wait to go back!

  Horrible Horrible experience they are rude they treat people very poorly. The Manager Tim helped me yesterday, did not want to take my information. Tim customer service abilities are very questionable. I’m not sure how he got the position as a manager. I was looking for a specific watch he told me I will never be able to get one it. He mentioned he has customers that spends millions and they aren’t able to buy one. I called the next day hoping to speak to a different person he answered and got into an argument with me. He called me a liar. I have purchased a watch from them previously had an amazing experience but never again.

  Stan and Lisa were fantastic. They were knowable and friendly. I am looking forward to working with them again very soon. I just purchased my second and third watches from Stan in the last week. I had told Stan what I was interested in and as soon as one came in, he called. I am beyond pleased. Stan and John did a great job. I cannot wait to get my next one from them!

  We visited this boutique today and I was absolutely blown away by the experience Stan provided. He walked us through some amazing time pieces I have never seen before, talked us through the history, allowed us sufficient time to explore each piece. This was a one of a kind experience. Having had visited well over 20 luxury watch retailers, this location and Stan’s professionalism, patience, and experience was truly one of the best. I look forward to the relationship with Stan and Watches of Switzerland!

  I was staying at the Wynn for a work trip, and happened to see there was a Watches of Switzerland so had to stop in. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted by Stan, who proceeded to walk me through a number of Tudor and Grand Seiko pieces. Even though he knew I wasn’t buying that evening, he was so gracious to guide me towards pieces that are now certainly of interest. Stan is a credit to the WOS brand, and a reminder of what great hospitality in retail can be like. Should you be in Vegas and considering a luxury watch, Stan and WOS at the Wynn are worth seeking out.
