  The showrooms are very well laid out. The selection of timepieces are incredibly curated and the staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by and speaking with Stan if in the market for a top notch timepiece.

  Alex was awesome, I had seen him a couple weeks ago to look at some options and wasn’t ready to buy, but he still treated me well and allowed me to look at the different models. When I finally came to make my purchase he already had the model I wanted ready to go for me and the transaction was seamless. Thank you so much!

  In my watch collecting journey, I have been to many a stores and boutiques, and encountered many a sales reps. I was usually told the same thing over and over. You may have experienced the same, that empty feeling you get after drinking the Kool-aid and leaving the store empty handed. I’d be waiting, waiting, then more waiting. More looking, more waiting. So when I walked into Watches of Switzerland at the Wynn, little did I know my watch collecting journey would take a turn I was never expecting. A HUGE step forward! This is in large part because of Jenn, who is now my go-to watch agent and a fellow watch nerd just like me. Haha. She is the only sales rep I will ever work with going forward. Watches of Switzerland carries so many brands and owns various boutiques which makes it convenient as a one stop shop. I hope they expand and add even more brands to their lineup in the future.

  I’ve been a loyal Rolex customer in the past to watches of Switzerland, but my recent experience has completely changed my perception of the brand. I visited their store with high expectations, only to be met with a complete lack of customer attention. Despite my interest in purchasing a watch, I was told they could not add me to the waiting list and that no watches were available for purchase – and this was as a tourist, no less. I’ve always valued the prestige and quality associated with Rolex, but it seems that customer service and transparency are no longer priorities. It's incredibly frustrating to be turned away without any clear explanation or attempt to make the customer feel valued. If Rolex wants to maintain its reputation, it needs to rethink how it treats both loyal and potential customers. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to any Rolex store in the future. Highly disappointing.
