  Sara T. is the greatest AD SA you could ever want. I have to say that this was not what I expected from a Rolex Dealer. This was a great experience. I put my request in and received my Rolex sooner than expected. I had to wait but she still was great. If anyone ever wants a watch that WOS sell go to Sara. This is my first Rolex and hopefully not the last. I could not be happier.

  I had a wonderful experience at Watches of Switzerland. I’m just starting my watch collection, and as soon as I stepped in the store Felissa treated me like I had been a long time client. She listened to what I had researched and walked me through each watch brand, letting me try on watch after watch until I settled on what I would eventually purchase. She didn’t rush me and let me take my time making my decision, offering her expertise when I asked. The experience was fantastic and everyone in the store was kind and helpful. Felissa was a fantastic sales representative, and I’m already looking forward to my next purchase.

  Brian was incredible from the first minute — professional, personable, and genuinely determined to help me land the perfect Rolex. He listened to what I wanted, answered every question (no pressure, just expertise), and is already working hard behind the scenes to secure the exact piece I’ve been dreaming about. Communication was fast and friendly — Brian made what can be a stressful process feel effortless and actually fun.

  Sara at WOS of Marlton is the absolute best!! I have been working with her for awhile now and she always helps me with picking out some of the best jewelry for my wife! Every pick has been a home run! I never feel pressured or in a rush..For all your watch and jewelry needs go and see Sara!! She will disappoint!

  I’m a huge fan of Watches of Switzerland in Marlton. I’ve been able to trust the staff there with important watch and jewelry purchases over the years, and they’re always super helpful (especially as it relates to jewelry, of which my knowledge is far more limited than it is about watches). I’ve worked with all different members of the team over the years (Mitch, Sarah, David, Laura) and they’re all amazing. Even when I’m not buying anything they’ve always made me feel welcomed and made time for me and let me talk their ears off about all manner of things other than watches. A WoS development in recent years I’ve also really appreciated is the expansion of their watch catalogue to include preowned watches through Analog Shift. As my taste has begun expanding beyond current catalogue contemporary offerings, it’s really fun to see what hidden treasures turn up on the case to try on. I’m really excited about the renovation their store is going through and I look forward to patronizing them for years to come.
