  Dino shared his expertise, humor, and patience as he sized my Explorer II perfectly. His experience shined as he approached hitting a snug fit that sat centered and comfortably, comparing options with me before executing flawlessly. His knowledge made the visit a learning experience, and his demeanor made it warm. Robin I had met some months prior in search of a discontinued reference. She kept in touch, offering alternatives when that preowned reference wasn’t available, and searching inventory regularly. Both Robin & Dino were an absolutely pleasure to work with, and I recommend them to anyone needing dedicated attention to detail on their timepiece hunt. I will be back!

  Its very rare nowadays to find a sales advisor who knows what he is selling and its passionate about it. With that said, I can fully recommend Watches of Switzerland for your time keeping needs. I love watches from affordable to luxury ones and considered myself an expert on the subject. That was until I met Raul in WoS. He explained to me processes and history of watch making like a true expert. He recommended what pieces to buy, and their true value. I highly recommend going into the store for your next watch and ask Raul for help. You won’t be disappointed.

  I had a great experience on October 11, 2025 at Watches of Switzerland Kenwood. I had been in the market for a Rolex for some time and was notified of its availability by Robin on the 10th. Robin was very helpful with completing the sale and answering any questions, and Luke was very helpful as well with sizing. I would highly recommend the store and they are my go to for any future purchases.
