Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of working with Krissy (Rolex Boutique) and Jonathan (Pre-Owned & Multi-Brand Division), and they’ve arranged for us four of the most exceptional Rolex timepieces — each delivered with such sincerity, passion, and perfection that it has truly elevated our entire collecting journey. Krissy continues to leave us speechless. Her elegance, product knowledge, and genuine warmth make every visit feel like coming home.     My husband Trey and I had the absolute best experience with Brendan at Watches of Switzerland! From start to finish, he made the entire process of purchasing my very first Rolex such a special and memorable moment. This watch is my dream grail piece — a stunning 31mm Datejust in stainless steel and 18k rose gold, with a fluted bezel, diamond dial, and jubilee bracelet. Brendan went above and beyond to answer every question, share his expertise, and make sure we felt confident and excited every step of the way. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my dream watch.     Outstanding Experience with Brendan White at Watches of Switzerland I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Brendan White at Watches of Switzerland. From the very first interaction, Brendan’s professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm stood out. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and made me feel like a valued client every step of the way. When I expressed interest in a Rolex Submariner Date, Brendan set a realistic expectation of around six months for allocation. To my surprise and delight, he reached out just four months later with the amazing news that my timepiece had arrived! Brendan truly exemplified the meaning of under promising and over delivering. Beyond his results, what really impressed me was Brendan’s genuine passion for watches, his positive attitude, and the care he put into the entire experience, from communication to delivery. He made what could have been a long waiting process feel personal, exciting, and memorable. If you’re considering a Rolex or any luxury timepiece, I wholeheartedly recommend asking for Brendan White. He’s a consummate professional who turns an already prestigious purchase into an unforgettable experience.

    My family and I recently visited Watches of Switzerland with the intention of exploring timepieces for our son. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the conduct of an associate named Stickler. He appeared disengaged and preoccupied, offering minimal attention to our inquiries. As we exited toward the Rolex department, my husband observed Stickler texting another sales associate who promptly turned away the moment she saw us approaching. The timing was conspicuous and frankly disappointing. In contrast, one gentleman an Asian associate whose name we regret not catching was exceptionally knowledgeable and gracious. His professionalism stood out amid an otherwise lackluster encounter. While we were surprised by the lack of courtesy from two team members, we remain hopeful that our next visit will reflect the caliber of service one expects from a luxury retailer. We look forward to returning soon, ideally to a more welcoming and refined experience.

    My first experience with Watches of Switzerland was in person in March of 2025. The people were nice, and I had decided to move forward with the purchase of a Tudor Balck Bay 58 GMT. The salesman let me know that they were offering a wonderful 0% apr deal if I agreed to apply for the store card. I decided to take them up on the offer, and that is where things began to go poorly. The salesman I had been working with passed me off to someone else to fill out the paperwork for submission. After doing so, I received a rejection and noticed that this second salesperson had mistakenly entered my first name as "Mike". This obviously caused the application to be denied as the name did not match my SSN, and this was confirmed by a the letter I received from Wells Fargo a few weeks later. This led to not only me not purchasing the watch that day, but also triggered multiple security and fraud alert items related to my personal information that caused me a great deal of frustration. Mistakes happen, and I tried not to hold it against them too hard, but I was certainly disappointed in the experience. Fast forward to October 2025, and after finally freeing myself from the headache of the incorrect information submitted on my application, I decided to again attempt to purchase the watch I wanted through their website this time. The purchase process itself went smoothly, and I was forced into the only delivery option they offered, an expedited FedEx option, so I proceeded through checkout. Immediately after the package was shipped, I realized that the restrictions placed by Watches of Switzerland did not allow me to request the package be held at a FedEx facility for pick up. This was an issue, as I, being a working professional, would not be home during delivery hours on a weekday to sign for the package. I contacted customer service figuring this would be a very easy problem to fix, but was instead met with the response that there was simply nothing they could do to accomodate my request once the label had been printed. As ridiculous as that sounded, I continued to explain the issue through multiple calls and emails that I would not be able to receive the package if no action was taken. FedEx confirmed that only the shipper would be able to make any changes, and Watches of Switzerland staff maintained they were unable to do so and absolutely nothing could be done. Finally, one of the responders to my email actually made some attempt to assist and mentioned they could request Saturday delivery. This was important, as the first delivery attempt was made on Wednesday, and after FedEx's successive delivery attempts planned for Thursday and Friday, the package would be returned to the shipper. Although I received confirmation that Saturday delivery had been requested, I notced that on Thursday the package was again going to be attempted to be delivered that day. I requested confirmation from customer service again, stating explicitly that I was concerned FedEx would again attempt delivery on Friday and then proceed to return the package. The Watches of Switzerland reprsentative replied with the following: "Rest assured, we have received confirmation from FedEx about our request for Saturday delivery. Please note, FedEx will likely also attempt delivery tomorrow; however, you do not need to worry about this, as there will be an additional delivery attempt on Saturday, 10/11." Today, Friday 10/10, I see that FedEx had again attempted delivery and, upon failing to successfully deliver the package, marked the package to return to shipper and generated a return tracking number. So it seems the instructions to "Rest assured" regarding Watches of Switzerland's ability to handle the situation were as awful as my entire experience with them has been. It is simply astounding to me that a business that touts itself as a premier retailer of luxury watches could repeatedly deliver such a miserable experience. They have demonstrated nothing but incompetence, poor customer service, and outright lies. Absolutely disgraceful.
