  best watch purchase experience i have ever had by far. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the watches and super accommodating. the staff works as a true team here. brian helped me select the watch I purchased and Tyler, the boss, was glad to step in and facilitate the transaction with a perfect bracelet sizing. 10/10 experience overall. so much so that i will come back to boston (i’m from texas) to buy my next grand seiko. i highly recommend making the trek out to boston if you don’t have an ad in your area and want a grand seiko. zero salesmanship here. all real. all good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Excellent shopping experience. Sales folks were very knowledgeable and no pressure. I wanted to replace my previous Tag watch that I lost and the salesperson was great showing me everything that was close to my previous one. I love my new purchase. If you’re in the market for a Tag watch you will not be disappointed with the selection and service at this store!
