  I got “the call” on a stainless Rolex Submariner/date in black. Such a classic! Nicole saw me through the process of taking ownership. Everyone in the store was helpful and professional. I am glad I have my watch direct from a Rolex authorized dealer. I will someday hand it to my son knowing it came direct from Rolex to our family. I like that I know it’s history. Happy with the Rolex experience and this purchase.

  Manny at the Rolex boutique in the Wynn was an absolute pleasure to work with.   I had a great experience at the Rolex boutique inside the Wynn Las Vegas. The store itself is beautiful and welcoming, but what really made the visit special was our sales associate, Nicole. She is always knowledgeable, patient, genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and care she showed. Definitely a great experience all around.
