    Over the years, my wife and I have visited this boutique many times and it continues to exceed our expectations each and every time. Having discussed a 21st birthday present idea for our son with Anfal, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us thru all the watches on display and helped us decide what would be the most suitable gift. Her attention to detail is remarkable, explains the process clearly and transparently. She manages expectations very well and goes above and beyond to help you in whatever way she can. She is absolutely customer focused and endeavors to deliver the best possible experience that can be had. The watch finally arrived today and again Anfal ensured that it was exactly what we had ordered, and when I went to pick up this magnificent timepiece, I felt genuinely celebrated, not just as a customer, but as a guest. It was absolutely perfect in every imaginable way. This boutique delivers an experience that’s as timeless as the watches themselves. I can’t wait to come back and wish everyone at this boutique continued success.

    Buying my first Rolex at 19 was a huge milestone for me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Delia, Jenny, and Julie made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely celebrated. Their professionalism, knowledge, and warmth made the entire process unforgettable. They didn't just sell me a watch-they made me feel like family. They took the time to guide me through everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I walked out feeling 100% confident and proud of my purchase. I'm beyond grateful to this amazing team, Thank you, Delia, Jenny, Julie, and the entire staff at Rolex for making this moment so special. I'll never forget it.

    Extremely rude staff. I’ve only dealt with Rob and he’s very nice and professional. After he left, I’ve gone twice and was treated very poorly. First time, I went in to check on availability and get one of my pieces cleaned. I walked in, stood there for about 10-15 minutes and every sales associate completely ignored me. I was annoyed and left but I figured maybe it was just that day or possibly they were busy somehow with only 1 customer. Anyways, I went in another day and after a very short conversation with one of the male associates, I was told “alright, I’m busy with a client.” And he just walked away. As I look around the store, I do not see a single customer in the store. I have now decided that I will never step foot in that location. It’s truly sad as I am a local and would love to keep my transactions here. I hope management hires a full new staff with professionalism and manners.

    Dear Rolex Orlando Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the way I was treated during my recent visit to your boutique Friday at around 4:30 pm. Initially, my wife asked about the price of two watches. After that, I personally approached a sales associate (a woman with dark brown/black hair) as I was genuinely interested in trying on one of the models and was prepared to make a purchase. To my surprise, she responded in a very dismissive and arrogant manner, stating that your store is “only for exhibition” and that I could neither try on nor buy a watch. This reaction was shocking to me, as this is not my first luxury watch purchase, and I have never been treated this way in similar establishments. Feeling unsettled, I left the store but later returned to speak with another salesperson. When I asked about placing an order, he simply told me he could not say how long it would take—without even asking which model I was interested in. I felt that both interactions, especially with the first associate, reflected a lack of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, I could not help but sense that I may have been judged based on my appearance, as though I was not “American enough,” which left me with the impression of discriminatory treatment. I kindly request that you review the camera footage from the time mentioned above to better understand the situation. I truly value the Rolex brand and its reputation for excellence, but this experience was deeply disappointing and far from the high standards I expect from a company of your standing.
