My mother is hearing much better with her hearing aids and her quality of life has improved. Anytime we need help Emily and Louis have been there every step of the way.

The women that worked there was so intimidating (or tried to be) she told my mother that she was almost completely deaf. We had been to a ear Dr. 5 months ago. who told us that my mothers hearing was fine and she did not need hearing aids. This women proceeded to to tell us that my mother would be deaf very shortly and she could not believe we were not going to spend almost $8000.00 on a pair of hearing aids for her. The only reason we went there was for the coupon. My mother thought for $995.00 which the coupon was good for that it might make her hearing a little sharper.I would not recommend this store to anybody.
