I was hoping for a cheap fix to my minor hearing loss, but after a complete examine I soon learned that my loss was more than minor. Dora spent four or five weeks working with me and she was very professional. In the end I did not purchase hearing aids, but it was because of my choice. Dora gave me a complete education on hearing loss and solutions. She was not a pushy salesperson, just an educator and a professional doing her best job. I would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone and when I am at the point that I feel I really need help I will return to Miracle Ear.
