  We had a prior purchase history with another AD, but earlier this year the experience left a lot to be desired—poor communication and lack of service that really left us questioning the process. At my wife’s suggestion, I stopped by the Rolex Boutique at Lenox Mall in Atlanta and met Harold Goode. From the very beginning, Harold was professional, personable, and genuinely engaging while I looked at a few pieces in the display cases. We shared our past experience with him and quickly decided he was the right person to work with. Over the following weeks, Harold kept in regular contact and located the watch I was interested in much quicker than I ever expected. He even reached out to me on a Sunday with the great news and scheduled a seamless pickup later that week. The pickup experience itself was fantastic—Harold and the entire team made the visit enjoyable and stress-free. His professionalism, communication, and welcoming personality truly set him apart. If you’re considering working with a Rolex AD, I can’t recommend Harold highly enough.
