  Cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Grand Seiko Boutique in Boston. I was really impressed with the customer service from Frank Spellman. He was quite professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about each of the watches offered by Grand Seiko. Thankful for all of his help! The store has a great selection as well.

  In typical Grand Seiko fashion. This is a no pressure sales store. It is in a mall called Copley place, the store itself is actually very small. I was surprised. That being said, they have a great selection and as usual people are very helpful.
