  Easily the one of the best watch Luxury boutique in the USA. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and proud of the brand. An amazing buying experience! Highly recommended!!!! ( try the Japanese whiskey!!)

  Loved our experience here! My husband and I are huge grand seiko fans and we get the best service here by Aldo who is so kind and patient and knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. We will return because of him in the future.

  I was in the market for a Grand Seiko and decided to walk into the Spring Street Boutique in NYC. While previewing some models I decided to look at a timepiece and was greeted by Taj a sales associate at the boutique. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous in explaining the differences between the different models. I decided on a diver and was assisted in sizing the watch while being served a nice cocktail while I waited. Taj also included nice swag in the bag which was a nice gesture. Had a great experience at the boutique hope to visit again soon.
