  The employees are very kind and attentive, and there are some good deals. We bought new shirts and two ties; the shirts are great quality, and the ties have pretty good colors

  Me: “I saw this polo I liked on the website and I’m just wondering if you have it in store? I wrote down the style no.” Sales guy: “probably not. We don’t have lots of polos in stock.” [at a store that literally just sells dress shirts and polos.] That conversation should tell you everything you’d want to know about customer service at this location.
