Me: “I saw this polo I liked on the website and I’m just wondering if you have it in store? I wrote down the style no.”
Sales guy: “probably not. We don’t have lots of polos in stock.” [at a store that literally just sells dress shirts and polos.]

I’m not sure what happened to this place. I would have given them a 5 star before Covid. They used to be so good and prices were appropriate. Why are collar stays $11 for a pair? That’s insane. This place used to have style and a large array of ties. Now there ties are down to one table instead of the 4 they used to have, they carry the same shoes for the last 10 years, no new styles or anything. The cufflinks suffer the same issues as the ties. Low quantity and limited styles compaired to years ago. The suits are made well, the quality has always been good but the style has gotten bland and their prices have increased dramatically in the past 5 years. Bad combination.

Good collection but terrible service. When you buy this type of clothes you expect a good attention related to the fitting and proper styles, they just act like if you're not there and theyre nbt even sure about the products, sizes, etc.
