  Go to the one in grand central. This location, for some reason, has super aggressive and pushy sales staff (I get you guys work for commission but jeez…do they not pay you)? I wanted to drop in for a shirt but honestly the whole experience was off putting and ended getting my shirts online instead.

  I ordered slim fit pants in a specific length and confirmed before purchasing that they would be refundable if I didn’t like them. The manager assured me I had six months to return them — which turned out to be completely untrue. That’s dishonest and unacceptable. It feels like they’ll say anything just to make a sale. On top of that, the quality has dropped significantly. The shirts no longer feel like 100% cotton — the fabric is cheap, and overall workmanship has declined. Add in the poor customer service, and this company has really lost my trust.

  Bad customer service, I asked a simple question and was given a disgusted look and a whatever answer by some Asian dude. When I asked for a fitting room I was also just spoken to with attitude. I was expecting a good experience but I guess my appearance made them give me disgust but ended up buying two sweaters great quality just as I expected but the people who work there have to fix their customer service

  I needed some suits for my new job. Aaron G set me up nice. Walked out with way more than I initially wanted not because he was pushing products, but because the experience was good. Will definitely be back to this location. Good customer service = returning customers.
