  I am writing this review mostly because I have already been pestered by 3 emails from Charles Tyrwhitt to do so after ordering two shirts online. 1. I could swim to their office in England and back in the three weeks it took to receive the order. 2. When the shoulder seam is hanging on my arm and the cuff covers my knuckles, that’s not “running big”, that’s sloppy craftsmanship. 3. Oxford cloth is casual, I know, but come on Charles Tyrwhitt, this cloth is rougher than the woolen sweater my mom knitted me as a kid. Not to mention totally impossible to iron out. This shirt was a discounted online sale but I know Charles Tyrwhitt would never stoop to bait and switch.

  I asked about their suit tailoring services, the worker in their told me they didn't do any alterations...I was confused because there was a decal on their storefront advertising it...mustve been for another store???

  Love their shirts, but the employees are horrible, they don't know what they're doing. Just order online instead, trust me. I got double charged
