  The environment was not as welcoming as when Eric was around to help out. He was very warm and professional. He made you feel like wanting to give him a business. Too bad he’s no longer there. Luckily, Joel was kind enough to help me with my Cartier watch purchase. Steve couldn’t bother with me when I visited Rolex counter but he seemed to be cordial with another guest. It’s a hit or miss to feel welcomed here. This last visit made me rethink of going back to the store.
