  Went to Amplifon Clinic, South Surrey, Inder was patient and helpful. Allowed me to try two different hearing aids. Settled on a set from Phonak. Wasn't sure how I would like the rechargeable feature, but, having used them for around 5 months, have to say I prefer them to the battery ones I used previously. I recommend anyone looking for hearing aids to see Inder. He is knowledgeable and a gentleman.

  I have nothing but good remarks to say about Timothy Wilbee and his staff at Amplifon on 101Ave, Surrey BC. They were professional, courteous and willing to please me all the time I've attended the clinic. Had it not been for all the help I was given at Amplifon I would probably still be deaf with two defective hearing aids. I wish I could give Timothy Wilbee 10 stars instead of 5 stars for all his care and assistance. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend Amplifon to anyone needing help. Thank you!

  I called this place today, but no one answered, so I left a message. Shortly after, a staff member called me back, but her tone was extremely rude—she spoke as if she were scolding me. I was simply trying to ask about the prices of hearing aids and was planning to visit if the price was reasonable. However, she told me that they could only give a price after a test. That’s understandable, but she immediately started by asking for my name in a very unpleasant and irritated tone.

  A completely satisfying experience! Was for my 85 year old mother who didn't think she had a hearing problem. We were treated with kindness, respect and a ton of patience! Happy to say Mom is now wearing her hearing aids daily, with no problems. Wonderful place for 1st timers!!
