  I am giving one star due to the constant junk mail that we receive without consent. It's as bad as receiving unwanted junk email. For this reason alone is why I would never use. Or recommend your service.

  I just had a wonderful experience with my hearing test today. The receptionist and audiologist were very sweet and comforting. I have anxiety issues and worry about unfamiliar situations. They made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I had a really bad cold over a month ago and had ongoing hearing loss even after prescriptions from the dr. The audiologist explained every step of the test and the results. If i ever need to go back, my mind is at ease. I'm very happy with today's visit.
