  Just dropped in with a problem of unable to remove a filter on a hearing aid and they helped me right away . The even cleaned my aids too. Any question I ask they are very willing to help and don’t me feel stupid. I feel completely comfortable dropping in with any issue I have.

  I have been wearing hearing aids for a few years. Before buying, I did my research. Miracle Ear came out on top for pricing, quality and most important, aftercare. There were a couple of places that had slightly cheaper pricing but did not offer great aftercare. This is so important as your hearing devices will need adjusting and may have other general upkeep issues that a professional should deal with. In the year I have been dealing with Miracle Ear in Simcoe, I have not been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and obviously pride themselves on customer service. It’s a very welcoming environment and I would recommend this place to anyone who has reservations about having to go to hearing aids. These are the people to talk to as they will be able to answer whatever questions you may have.
