  First of all.. when you call, it doesnt ring. It goes straight to an answering machine where you're forced to leave a message. Secondly.. THEY NEVER RETURN THE CALLS! Why even bother having a phone if you domt plan on answering it or calling people back? Of i could leave zero stars i would!

  Got some custom made earplugs here for sleep. Customer service was great from reception to the lady who helped create the mold for the earplugs. Very fair prices & my earplugs were ready to pickup within the next week which was awesome! Highly recommend, I use my new earplugs every night and they have made such a positive difference in my sleep quality as my partner snores and this cut out the noise by 90+% 5 stars all around. Thanks again.

  I was totally impressed by the friendly and very informative services that they offer. Esther was very helpful with explaining all the tests and the results. Highly recommend these folks for all your hearing needs. I'll be back in 2 years!!

  Dr. Ryan was pleasant to deal with which made me feel comfortable in my hearing test. He gave me a glimmer of hope that my left ear can still be able to function with hearing aid. He also did not rush his diagnosis until I see an EENT to check on my ears. I felt very satisfied and happy.
