  I came to this clinic with my mom for a hearing test and consultation for her first hearing aids. The technician Marissa who did our appointment with us was very kind and understanding. She did not rush us at all. Her attention to detail is exceptional and we were very impressed with the level of information given to us. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the front desk receptionist. I wanted to give even lower rating. She was quite rude and spoke with a poor non positive attitude towards us. I thought it was just us but we noticed it in the waiting area to another elderly man which quite frankly made me uncomfortable. That is not the way to treat anyone who is coming to your clinic for help. Because of this, we may not return sorry.

  Sad to say I’m disappointed in this place. Went in w high hopes. Felt like it was a tag team b/ the tech and receptionist to just get mom to get some new hearing aids made. Bit of an overwhelming experience for mom and me too. Never got a follow up call. I was willing to pay for their service but said “ it was ok” because I feel the end goal was to get new aids made.

  I have had a few hearing tests but never one so thorough and the people here were absolutely professional and in a word, great. If someone has any reason to sit on the fence about having a hearing test or thinks there will some be some hard sell tactics to follow they should stop waiting. These are experienced professionals who will make you give you options. That's how I feel about my visits.
