  I was happy to have my hearing ability tested by professionals and kind people. It was a very helpful session where I was told all concerns about my symptoms. It was an excellent service. I highly recommend it.

  I’m not the one getting hearing aids but my mother is, she is 92 years old. Suzanne Lteif,M.CI.Sc., reg.CASLPO the Audiologist was very helpful and explained everything that we needed to know about the hearing aids including how each work and their price. Suzanne is very knowledgeable and understanding of her clients. I would highly recommend her.

  They gave me appointment, I drove from Barrhaven to Russel Rd. They gave me some forms to fill, they wanted to know my medical history, medication I'm taking and all my personal information. One of the form is my consent allowing them to give all my information to anyone they want to share it with, and allowing whomever they give the information to, to contact me and send me adds....etc. when I refused to sign that form they told me that they can not serve me. After I saw the reviews of this company. the only thing I can say is THANK GOD THEY DID NOT SERVE ME.

  So today I went in for my daughter's first ear wax removal ,let's start by saying the ladies that work here especially the recipient lady she was so sweet and amazing and made us feel so comfortable and she assure that we were in great hands , althought my daughter was very scared but when she saw Suzanne she was like "mom I feel really comfortable with her "so we proceeded and let me tell you it was the most comfortable and most painless ear wax removal ever it came out like wow and this has been irritating her since forever it's just she was so scared to trust anyone until today , so recommend her to everyone especially kids that are scared ,she is amazing and sweet I wish I could giver her 10 stars 😊!and the price amazing 🙌🏾
