  Amazing and caring staff. I use to go to (I'd love to name the place but I won't be that guy. )lol. But at amplifon I've never had a better and more cost efficient experience. Thank you so much Drew you and the rest of the staff there are awesome.

  Not well organized. First I had an appointment and I arrange for the time off at work only to show up and the very friendly receptionist informed me that the appointment had been changed to another day a week later. Later I called to change this time due to scheduling conflicts and was told that it was not able to be moved. After taking more time off, this time mid shift I rushed to get there on time only for them to tell me that another staff member there had decided to cancel my appointment. Of course they made an exception "this time" but this was seriously disappointing.
