  Just left my appointment as result of my hearing aids just stopped working all of a sudden following many years of excellent usage. When I called this morning they immediately brought me in and of course corrected the issue very quickly. I’m so thankful to have this team of specialists on my side and helping me with my hearing Challenges. I’ll definitely have to bring them a box of Joe Louis’s as a thanks next time lol sincerely Kerry

  An extremely disappointing experience. When a person is exploring technology as personal and as sophisticated as a hearing aid, one would expect the specialist to provide transparent and detailed information, comprehensive training and access to the software features that promote independence. I went to this place with my father-in-law, a senior, to assist him with questions and help him in understanding the technology. His appointment was with the owner Mrs Gisele Pelletier. Mrs Pelletier did not appreciate being questioned, reminded me that she has been in the industry for 30+ years and even turned to my father-in-law and called me "arrogant" for asking questions. Clearly Mrs Pelletier is of the mind set that her clients shouldn't educate themselves on the products and equipment but simply do as she tells. She claims that they are manufacturer agnostic and yet on the reception desk they only show Unitron products and we were only offered a Unitron product. No brochures or discussions on pros and cons of other manufacturers was given. Other manufacturers were simply dissmissed. The product that she gave him to test was never set up properly. He wasn't even told there was an app that he could install on his phone so he could have some level of control and independence. The owner of this place truly lacks a client centered approach, the ability to educate the client, lacks transparency and she does not assist the client on being an active participant on the decision process. Unfortunately I was not able to give it 0 stars.
