  I highly recommend this Amplifon clinic. My Mom got hearing aids here last year, and our experience with Celine Lai (her audiologist/hearing specialist) has been next level - from the first consultation right through to the regular after-care check-ins and annual re-testing. I can not say enough about Celine. She is extremely professional and competent, and genuinely kind, caring and attentive. So often, senior citizens are treated abysmally by medical professionals. But Celine is very different. From Day 1, she has treated my Mom with the utmost respect and patience. She barely notices me because she is so focused on my Mom - which is EXACTLY how it should be! Honestly, if you or your loved one is considering hearing aids, especially if you are struggling with the decision, make an appointment at this clinic and ask for Celine. You won’t regret it. She is AMAZING!

  Great hearing clinic in York region, Jamie the clinic coordinator was friendly cheerful and Professional, nevertheless the expertise of Mr. Mike Foulis, HIS . This place is very neat. We visited yesterday with my wife May 27, 2025. Romeo and Elizabeth

  Mary was amazing with my 12 yr old son who has Down Syndrome. She was very nice and patient with him. We’ve also had to go back a couple of times to have his hearing aid repaired as my son was rough with it and Mary was great. I highly recommend Upper Canada Hearing clinic!
