  I went in to have my hearing tested. When I made the appointment they were really accommodating with my work schedule. Once I arrived in the office they were friendly and attentive. Once I found out my hearing was bad they helped me fill out my forms for WCB. They sent off the paperwork for me. Once my claim was accepted they were quick and easy about ordering me my hearing aids. The hearing aids came in quick and Ashley contacted me right away to book in an appointment to have the fitted. The day of my appointment for my fitting they were friendly and went through everything about my hearing aids. I have let several people know how wonderful the office was and sending people towards the office. Thank you for everythingb

  Went into have my hearing tested to make sure all was good with my hearing. They were amazing with trying to arrange with my work schedule. Once I arrived at the office they were quick, attentive and friendly. Will recommend this office to all my friends and family. Thank you Ashley

  My mother in law is in the Langley hospital and was complaining that she wasn’t hearing anything with her hearing aids. I tried listening with them and the volume was low and extremely distorted. Calls to Vancouver Hearing to get some information were unreturned. I found Amplifon online and called just before their closing time. They said if I could make it in 10 minutes, they would have a look. I did make it and they replaced both fried receivers in a matter of minutes. Such a relief. Great service.
