  Today I just walked in to see how much new hearing aids were. I currently have some,but one wasn't working.i was told at the location I purchased them,it couldn't be fixed Yvonne took my hearing aid back to Matthew.not only did he fix it ,he put new buds in a new battery in. The customer service was outstanding.i highly recommend them .When I offered to pay,he said no worries. How's that for good business

  Mathew Audley explain the procedure to the fullest and there was no rushing during testing sound or explaining the result to me. I also need two hearing aid. Which he explain in detail what is my best option specifically to my resulted. Gave me two quote and information on the Semens Pure 7 NX. Which I will purchase eventually. Mr. Audley was very professional, respectful and relax and did not make me feel I had to buy from Miracle-Ear from them right away. I book another appointment for purchasing my new hearing aid.   I took my mom for hearing testing today. Mr.Mathew Audley not only patiently did the testing, he also helped fine tune my mom's hearing aid so well that my mom is able to hear slightest knock in the door from far away!! Thank you so much Mr. Audley for all your help!
