  The Kamloops Amplifon always has time for me when I pop in with either of my parents hearing aids. Great customer service!

  I was hesitant to have to get hearing aids. I was scheduled to have surgery on my eardrums but due to the lack of availability and the fear of having to do so, I spoke with my doctor about alternative options. My first appointment with the Amplifon clinic was scheduled very quickly upon reaching out to them. This appointment was for a consultation and a hearing test. I was treated with kindness and compassion for my situation. Every staff member I interacted with, was friendly and held a high level of respect and professionalism. My second appointment was to discuss hearing aid options. I was unsure if my disability insurance would help with some payments. The help I received to look into that was given right away to me and I ended up leaving the clinic that day with hearing aids. I can’t thank them enough for the prompt and friendly support. I have and will recommend this place to anyone who needs or is considering hearing aids. 🙂

  Everything is wonderful. The staff are welcoming and work to get any issues fixed as quickly as possible.
