  Allison who does the testing fit me in on an urgent basis at the end of a day, staying an hour after the office closed. Throughout the process, she was patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. . I cannot give enough stars for my experience. Thank you Allison. ❤️

  Allison helped me with the process of getting my hearing aids through WSIB. Without that knowledge, I would have had to pay for them myself. She did a great job of fitting mine, and now I'm not asking people to repeat everything. Thanks, Allison and Amplifon!

  My husband and I both came in and had our hearing checked. We were treated excellent. My husband had borderline hearing where he could benefit from hearing aids. He was not ready right then and we were respected for that and not pushed into a purchase. They still have us come in for a no obligation annual hearing test. When we are ready we will definitely be purchasing with them. Allison and Lisa were very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend going there. We did also send a friend of ours there and they purchased their hearing aids from elsewhere. Our friend has thanked us every time they see us for recommending Allison and Lisa as they said they went above and beyond for them. They hear much better now. Great job ladies!
