  Very unprofessional and unorganized, called me twice before my appointment to make sure I was going to be there but then on the morning of my appointment they called me 5 MINUTES before the appointment to tell me that the person who was supposed to do my test is not at work because of being sick, you would think that they would have known long before five minutes before the appointment. Never again. I strongly do not recommend this company I could just imagine what the rest of my experience would’ve been like.

  I have had hearing aides prior to this location, but they were not the right fit for me. Unfortunately the seller was not interested in solving the issue and I have had those only a year. But with a reach out from miracle ear and was advised to come in and see what they could help me with . I am so glad that I agreed to take the Amplifon clinic up on there offer, after all what was there to lose, and wow, outstanding service they met my needs, they were willing to assist in the financial part of payment structure , if need be. But this was not the case, I qualified for these new aides as i had been out of pocket on previous ones. The knowledge and friendliness was so worth it. So please phone or visit and see for yourself and you will not be disappointed. I am no longer struggling with the noise background. Thank you for permitting me to share Marie Elaine Badry

  Brandon fitted me with the Signia Hearing Aids in July 2018. I have to say that my dealings with him & Miracle Ear has been a pleasure and a great experience. Brandon was so meticulous in setting my Aids up and making sure that they worked perfectly for me. He set it all up on my IPhone so my phone rings on my Aids. I also got the Blue Tooth for my TV, and it is an absolutely wonderful feature. Now I can watch TV and hear the audio clearly like never before, even if the audio on the TV is muted. Without hesitation, I recommend Brandon & the Miracle Ear Product to anyone who has a hearing problem. I am so satisfied and happy.
