  I brought my father to Amplifon after noticing he was having more trouble hearing us during conversations. From the moment we walked in, Kaitlyn and Amanda made him feel completely comfortable and cared for. Kaitlyn took her time to really understand his situation and gently explained every step of the hearing test. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable she spotted issues that no one else had pointed out before. Amanda was equally wonderful, helping us with scheduling, paperwork, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such caring people in any clinic. Highly recommend them to anyone who has a loved one struggling with hearing issues.

  Thanks to Amanda for setting up my appointment and reassuring me (even though I shouldn't need it, I still did and she was awesome). I met with Audiologist, Danielle, who was kind and so professional. Again the calm reassurance allowed me to relax. She answered all the questions I had, explained things thoroughly, and then gave information I didn't even know was available. A wonderful experience with very knowledgeable staff that could answer ALLLLLL my questions. Thanks, amplifon Dorchester!

  We took our little one here and they were so great with her. The team was awesome and made it a great experience. They were very accommodating - Would definitely recommend!

  They send spam mail when you have never heard of them and do not need their services. Makes it seem like you have a hearing appointment already booked.
