  I had a very bad experience with Amplifon on Danforth. At first, I was misled by an ad that made it sound like I could try hearing aids for free. But once I arrived, it quickly became clear that the real goal was to sell me a hearing aid. Since I have good insurance benefits, they immediately charged the maximum, which was several thousand dollars. I also received a written warranty for loss, which I understood to mean that if I lost my hearing aid, it would be replaced. Unfortunately, when I lost mine and went back today, I was told I would have to pay $390 to get a replacement. To me, a warranty should mean a warranty. For that amount of money, I would rather buy a new hearing aid somewhere else. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

  I’ve read some good reviews, that’s normal, but my experience was very poor as time went on . I’m talking about the Danforth location. I have fired them and was recommended by my doctor a company called “ Hearing Works “ Amplifon doesn’t compare to Hearing Works. The 2 ladies there at Amplifon gave me the worst service I have ever had . Check it out Hearing Works 791 Pape Ave. and Danforth Ave. suite 202

  Alexandra was an exceptional audiologist. She made my experience comfortable and very pleasant. She was knowledgeable with great customer service. Will send lots of people!
