  The lady that tested me was very good and helpful. They had a technical glitch on programming the aids. I spent 20 minutes in the waiting room until the receptionist bothered to update me on what was happening. I had another appointment and couldn't wait around for them to straight it out. I told them that , the lady that did the test wanted to try and fit me in to come back. The receptionist was not helpful at all and said the next appointment available was in 3 weeks. The other lady tried helping but she repeated May 21. No effort to try and help or accommodate my working schedule. This is my first time getting hear aids and l am not about to deal with a front line person with an attitude like that every time l have to make an appointment. I have canceled my order with them and will not return to this location. Nor will l recommend them to any of my family or friends.

  Visited this location to check out wax in my ear. Was treated very well and with good advice. Will be making a hearing test in the near future.
