  Amplifon Clinic Bowmanville Excellent Customer Service I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I have received from Cristina Weaver at the Bowmanville office. Since purchasing my hearing aids in March 2022, Cristina has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my hearing needs are met. Her expertise and professionalism are truly commendable. Over the years, I have consulted with various audiologists from different companies, but none have been able to effectively address my hearing loss. However, since working with Cristina, my hearing has improved significantly. I now wear my hearing aids from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep, which has greatly enhanced my quality of life. I am incredibly grateful for Cristina's dedication and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.   I must say that my visit and purchase of hearing aids has been a greeat experience. Nav Balsara has explained and adjusted so that they fit and work well. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you for your help and care.

  I can't say enough positive things about Nav Balsara and the service and care he took with me and my personal situation. After ordering the hearing aids and the first time I tried them it was life altering. I realized then just how much I was missing and how much I didn't hear. I particularly appreciate the follow up appointments and fine tuning. Thank you ever so much for your care and concern.
