  Such an exceptional service! Everyone is super accommodating and genuinely friendly, from the receptionist to Dr. Sujin. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and never too crowded. It’s also close to groceries like Safeway, as well as banks and Starbucks. Overall, a highly recommended hearing clinic!

  Went here based on previous reviews and was totally impressed. The staff is professional and very caring. Sujin, the audiologist, was great in communicating what was involved in the hearing test and was very informative in letting us know what options were available in hearing aids. Would highly recommend this place!

  Sujin Chung audiologist and Arunita receptionist are so nice. Arunita outlined which otoclips are available . Sujin patiently went over how to use the otoclips in great detail. I appreciate the great service they gave me.

  I was out of town and lost one of my earplug filters (from EMSEE), I called them to see if they could order replacements for me and even though I wasn’t a client they were happy to do it. Got it in only a few days and the service was perfect and price was really good. Thank you!

  I went to the Arbutus location yesterday to have Winnie Wong look at a couple of problems I was having with one of my hearing aids. She fixed the problem, cleaned the aid and sent me on my way with a smile! First class service! I highly recommend using Amplifon-Kerridale if you need hearing aids or just need some servicing of your aids.
