I rushed to the mall with 15 minutes to spare before closing. Marlo gladly took them and said no guarantee but I will try. I came back 10 minutes later and they are as good as new. I am very thankful she didn’t say leave it with me as I had a wedding to go to the following day. Thank you Marlo for going above and beyond!

After many unsatisfactory overpriced glasses I decided to try Spec Savers.... the cat commercial at the Vets office got my attention. Great service, after a easy re-do and re-fit, I am super happy with my glasses! Great service from Trinity! She spent so much time in getting the refit and re-do of my glasses, can't say enough good things about the place! I am not surprised by the other great reviews! Will for sure come back next time I need glasses!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
