She helped me choose glasses frame, and I ended up getting two pairs because I loved the options so much. She was friendly and gave great feedback. The price was very good too! The eye doctor Dr. Tseng is also very professional and thorough. I really appreciated the high level of care he provided. The rest of the staff at the front were all very friendly and welcoming as well. My only note is that the appointment took a few days to get, and the booking online page does not work (after you register for an account) so I had to call in. Overall, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new glasses and a great eye doctor. Thank you, Specsavers!

I recently lost the pair I got there in April of 2023 and after getting the new pair, I noticed that the frames looked too big for my face and also wouldn't accommodate my favourite sunglasses. I took these trivial concerns to the store, not really expecting a positive response. To my surprise and delight, they not only offered to replace them with a pair with the same priced frames ($99) at no additional cost, when I couldn't find suitable frames in the $69 or $99 collections, they agreed to let me choose frames in the two-pairs-for $149 collection and pay only the price difference. Amazing service!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
