Let preface this by saying the eye exam I received today, I believe was thorough and accurate, and done well and in a comfortable manor.
Two years ago, before a Guelph location was available to me, I had much, much less than good experience with a Specsavers in a close-ish community to me. Lets just say, delivery time of those glasses was very extended... (11 weeks).
So, not being one to hold a grudge, and being due for an eye exam, if figured I'd give them another shot here in Guelph. Why not.
The booking process was easy with lots of options for times and dates, and was confirmed by the following day. As above, the eye exam was smooth and easy and I believe very well done.
Unfortunately there were some issues when it came to selecting and purchasing new eyewear. I was given a brief run down on pricing, two for one groups and such. things got a bit difficult here, as the selection seemed a bit limited compared to their online options, most of the display frames had very smugie and dirty clear lenses in them. After quite some time I found two acceptable frames, one at $149 and another at $99. For some reason cheaper pair was not able to be put together without a second invoice, (no idea why) and were leaning toward trying to find a different second pair, and as I found it difficult to find something suitable first time around, I was left with no option but to seek purchase options elsewhere.

You have now asked me to follow a link and fill out a form. I believe I've given enough of my time to this already, with my initial visit and initial review. I believe my my review is detailed and accurate, and I see nothing else I could add.
My efforts regarding this going forward, will be focused on finding eyewear I find suitable, as soon as I can.
