The girl (sorry I do not know her name) who seen me first was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Then I seen Dr. Hatim Desoky Mahmoud Alhamdan who was amazing, friendly and professional. After my eyes were tested I spent some time with Maha who helped me pick out my frames. She gave me her honest opinion on what looked good on me. Then she went through everything with me. I picked up my glasses today and the gentleman who helped me was great. I love them my glasses and sunglasses. Thank you to all staff. 🤗

The SpecSaver commercials got my attention and convinced me to visit your website and finally a store. I needed a pair of safety glasses and it’s on the website. Keep up continuing on making those commercials, the veterinarian is the best one so far.

The staff were kind and professional, but overall my experience felt underwhelming and I didn’t feel my time was valued. I had booked back-to-back appointments for my kids (ages 8 and 10), starting at 9:30. When booking and in every reminder, I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. However, the clinic doors didn’t even open until 9:30, so that extra time was unnecessary. After the initial pre-check in the side room, we waited another 15 minutes before seeing the optometrist—even though ours were the first appointments of the day. During that time, the doctor was chatting casually in the hall, not tied up with other patients. The actual eye exams were very quick—about 7 minutes each—while other clinics we’ve visited have typically spent closer to 30 minutes with children.
In the end, it wasn’t a “bad” experience, but I’ll be looking for a new optometrist who makes better use of patients’ time and respects a morning taken off work.
