The eye exam with Dr. Toor was very seamless and she ensured I was comfortable with my prescription prior to leaving. The Marc Jacob’s glasses are trendy and affordable!

Not only did she take the time to actually explain what each of my results meant but she also went ahead & did a scan of my eye health which is something no other optometrist has done. She also got me my much needed referral for Lasik, which was absolutely wonderful! Yuvi then helped me with my new glasses & was amazing & so knowledgeable! He was very accommodating & helped me understand what sort of glasses & lenses would be best for me. Both of them were amazing, & I would recommend SpecSavers Southcommon to everyone!

It is clear they are investing in the most innovative tools to provide top-notch care. Pricing was also very reasonable. They were running a great promotion - buy 2 packs of lenses, get the 3rd free, which meant I got a year and a half supply of lenses for the price of one year. Great value! A special shout-out to Dr. Rupaly Toor for her professionalism and outstanding customer service during the eye exam. Also, thanks to Yuvi Lal for the warm and friendly checkout experience - a great way to end the visit! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quality eye care and great service. How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
