There was minimal wait time and the associate I dealt with (I don't recall their name unfortunately) was very polite, informed and helpful. It didn't take long at all for her to get me fitted with new frames, select the appropriate lenses, take care of the insurance and get me back out the door and on with my day. If the quality of the glasses once delivered matches the quality of the customer service experience on the front end I will have a new go-to place for my vision needs!

The final price was 50% less than a nearby optometrist! The whole process was smooth, easy, affordable, and efficient. Great selection, great service, great prices and great results! How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?
