- MSMuskan Sharma6 days ago1.0Most of the staff is not very friendly. I have ordered more than 4 to 6 pair of specs from other locations but by mistake I ordered 2 from here. One of them was fine but another came with defective frame then I reordered in replacement, when I try the samples in store it fit perfectly but when it comes with the prescription its defective and loose. The thing is if you go there and tell them their mistake they take 2-3 hours try fixing your specs not a single apology or a real solution and then at the end they send you back with nothing.

My current glasses, from an online competitor, were not fitting well and Dora took the time and care to make adjustments without asking. I immediately noticed the difference and the glasses fit much better. She also took the time to see why another pair of glasses I had ordered, from their competitor, didn’t have the correct strength in one of the lenses and found the issue with recommendations on how to get it fixed. This was completely unnecessary and easily the best glasses shopping experience I’ve had. So much so that I’m returning my glasses order at the other place and am now enjoying two new pairs from Specsavers that were ready for pick up before the quoted time. How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
