- FDF DaijaOct 15, 20255.0I went to Spacesavers Eye Exam Clinic at Sherway after the driving test center sent me there because they couldn’t run their own machines and didn’t let me do the vision test. I’m really glad I came here instead! Dr. Molly was extremely helpful — she did all the exams I needed, filled out the form that the test center gave me, and made the whole process super easy. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and well-organized. Everyone there was kind and professional, from the girl who helped me when I first arrived to Dr. Molly and the staff who ran the eye exam machines. I highly recommend this clinic — they really know what they’re doing and treat you with care from start to finish!

- SLShari LeDrewSep 25, 20255.0Monday night I checked out about 15 different places for eye exams and glasses near me. I came across Specsavers web page at Sherway Gardens. I looked at the previous reviews left and browsed the different style of frames they had to offer. I stumbled across this fun app that they have available called "Virual Try-on" where you can actually see what the different frames will look like on you before going in and trying them on. What a time saver for people in a rush. You can even download what it looks like. I called the store at Sherway Gardens on a Tuesday afternoon and made an appointment for the next day Wednesday at noon. The store was well attended, very clean, bright, the selection and price range of the frames were very good. Hurry and take advantage of the special fall prices being offered!!! Dr. Malhi was great. She took the time to exam my eyes thoroughly and answered any questions I had about the different exams and machines that were being used. The exam room was very modern and clean. Since I don't have insurance and am not over 65 I found the price of the exam ($99.00) was reasonable. After the exam I had no problem finding frames that I liked. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. All of the staff that attended me were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their product I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time during the exam or the process of picking out and trying on different frames that I wanted. Overall my experience here from start to finish was great and I would highly recommend Specsavers at Sherway Gardens! 👍

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
