- CCChelle1 day ago5.0There was a nice selection of good quality frames and they sell contact lenses as well. The pricing is more than reasonable and the glasses (referring to my own) will be ready in 4 to 10 days. They also provide eye exams if you're in need of one and seniors exams are free or you can just bring in your prescription for your glasses, as I did. The store was well stocked, nicely displayed, clean, bright and the layout of the store makes good use of the space they have. I've already recommended them to people I know and I'll definitely be going back in the future. I was there on a weekday in the late afternoon and it wasn't too busy, so I had zero wait time, but I'm not sure what evenings and weekends are like. All the staff members who were working at that time were great, but I had outstanding customer service from Winnie. She's personable, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the products, helpful making suggestions, made me aware of the products available and the pricing, she's patient and she seemed very genuine. Her customer service didn't feel rehearsed. Honestly, I went there for the great deal they had on glasses, but left there being just as impressed with the customer service, especially from Winnie. Overall it was a great experience.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
