The eye exam felt like a gentle spa session. Dr. Khangura was sooo lovely and kind. Lots of laughs with the “spicy eyedrops” 😂 She took the time to explain my eye health in a way that was easy to understand, and was both professional and friendly. Zoe assisted me in choosing my frames, like a makeover stylist. She tailored to my preferences while also considering the fit of the frames. She sat down with us to go over the costs, add-ons, discounts, and savings in detail, and helped finalize my order. Such a patient and knowledgeable service. Didn't feel rushed at all. All the staff are welcoming every time I came in, and even when I returned to pick up my order. A nice lady helped adjust my glasses and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the fit and comfort before I left. Would go again! Top-tier service.

Since I asked for any closest Saturday/Sunday, appointment was scheduled for September 14th. On September 13th, less than 24 hours before appointment, I received a phone call with someone from Specsavers telling me the doctor will not be available tomorrow. Again, I needed Saturday/Sunday. I was hoping they will offer next Saturday since I was not the one who canceled it. Instead, they offered me somewhere in October. Highly unprofessional! They are not giving you anything for free, they are not charity. Everyrhing is calculated. So, if you respect your self and your money earned hard way, stay away from these people.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
